Maybe it is already gloss black under the dust and dirt. Clean the wheel and take another photo. The silver lug nuts don't look bad but that wheel weight is huge and stands out. Hard to tell how good it might look with all the dirt.

Not that much better. Plus you have that rusty center hub. I'm gonna stick with the original wheel cover.

Thats not my wheel by the way. But you get the idea.
