I have a 68 firebird that i need a motor for i prefer pontiac 400 for 68 bird if you have one for sale please let me know.

Owning a Pontiac you must be willing to spend more then Chevy guys do. Everything to do with a Pontiac is more expensive, because it is harder to come by. I think the first thing you should do is join The Pontiac-Oakland Club International a great source for Pontiac parts & you'll get to meet a whole bunch of folks with the same love as you. Second there's a few sites out there for you, to name a few there are: http://www.pontiacengines.net/ , http://www.auto-car-engines.com/pontiac-parts.html , and http://www.proformanceunlimited.com/pontia...erformance.html
Now take a moment, sit down at look at the prices , worth the money? Of course!
Maybe you should go all out and get the 468 Stroker W/550HP and enough Torque to make a farmer's tractor jealous :lol:

Good luck in your findings, and great choice in the Pontiac Line up :krider:
