The Chevrolet Vectra is a rebadged Chevrolet sold in other markets. I believe it's a rebadge of the Astra...

A 2004 would still be a locally-built Vectra B (Brazil, also exported to other Latin American countries), or an imported European Vectra C (Mexico). A 3.2 would more probably mean the "Mexican" Vectra.

I love that front end. I wish GM was able to make the front bumper of the Aura and Astra as exciting as this. Oh well, at least they are quantum leaps from the cars they replaced.
