How is the space in the rear? Enought for a single person to sleep in the back in comfort with the rear seat down?

Mines an 06, pre SS models.

I've never laid down back there, but I would imagine it would be ok as long as you fit without falling off the end. I forget what the length is with the seat folded down.

But I want the hatch closed to. I'm 5'7". I was thinking of that ride or a 2010 equinox. For times of sleeping anywhere anytime

It may be close, I just saw a cargo mat listed as 66". SO if you laid at an angle.....
