Three Chevies for sale in s.e. Michigan

2008 HHR LS with 19500 miles for $9876. Burnt Orange Metallic with AA5 solid quarter panels (not a panel wagon), roof rack and auto trans. Four new Blizzaks just put on. They are one size bigger at 225/55 x 16. This HHR looks GREAT! ..... 2009 Malibu 1LT with 4600 miles for $15250. Gold Mist Metallic with cocoa/cashmere two-tone cloth interior. 4 cyl/4 speed auto/30 mpg rated. Left rear bumper paint scratched. I will pay up to $250 for repair. Just paint, no fascia or metal damage. Car is clean and a nice color combo and has floor mat option and bodyside moldings. ..... 2009 Malibu 1LT with 17 miles for $18500. I drove it home from the dealer and put it into the garage and there it sits. Same colors and options as first Malibu but with remote start and power driver's seat. My wife and I have too many cars and need to sell at least one of these. Thank you for any interest. I do not do pictures and live in Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan gttaluvme@hotmail.com

I am spending no money to advertise these cars and with a depression going on I can see why I am getting no offers, but these are some well-priced great cars and the prices of the first two will drop every month.

Why did you buy a car, drive it home and put it up for sale? Clunker-Cash?

Re: Three Chevies for sale in s.e. Michigan

I look forward to prospective buyers truly interested in acquiring one of these cars. I am on this forum to view GM news (GREAT SOURCE!) and hopefully to sell one or two of these cars. I am not a penpal type wanting to discuss my personal life or discuss pictures. I know many forums are geared towards that but I am here for other reasons. I said nicely I do not do pictures. Let it go. Anyone from this area that is interested in one of these vehicles will come see them. People from outside my area are not going to buy one. You like pictures? Have at it. Meanwhile I have three great cars for sale. Thank you for your attempts to help me but I really want no help other than prospective buyers, Thanks! Interested buyers only, please?

Re: Three Chevies for sale in s.e. Michigan

Umm...even if someone from your area was interested, they're not going to waste their time and gas to go out and see a car that they've never seen before. Do you realize how much of a hassle that is? There's a reason that major sites like Autotrader typically have a ton of pictures of cars for sale.

It's just basic sales strategy...you don't see GM advertising their cars without showing pictures of them, do you?

Re: Three Chevies for sale in s.e. Michigan

I won't even read an ad if it doesn't have a picture.

You blame the economy for not selling, try putting a picture up. Oh, and how is a picture of the car you are trying to sell a personal matter? It is a picture of a car, there are 500,000 other cars out there that look just like your car.

You would be amazed at how fast a car sales when someone can see what it looks like. And yes, people from outside your area will travel and buy too.

I love new guys getting pissed at us tring to help them out. I would not even look at a car nor anyone else with a half a brain with out a picture period. Like stated above nice sale pitch.

Maybe it's just me you are one of the worlds best sales person.

I know for me it's really hard for me to take a picture & post it to sell something.like really hard

Re: Three Chevies for sale in s.e. Michigan

Seriously, I've done sales pitches for GM vehicles for friends and family who were in the market, and no matter how well I describe the car, I always have a laptop or something handy to show them pictures.

Re: Three Chevies for sale in s.e. Michigan

^Same. I was telling my grandma about the Equinox, and she was like "the old one is ugly". So I took her laptop upstairs and got into the neighbors wifi and showed her pics. Equinox went from last on her list to 1st. Pictures are worth a thousand words.

And because we want pics you think we want you to be our penpals? Creepy.

Lets face it guys, this is spam.

Edit: Read another thread of his: Two New FAT 22" Tires in s.e. Michigan

Uzzy asks for pictures and he says "I am here after a buyer, not picture advice."

Re: Three Chevies for sale in s.e. Michigan

2008 HHR LS now just over 20,000 miles and price is reduced to $9200. Price will continue to drop about $200/month. Burnt Orange Metallic with AA5 option is Gorgeous, especially with the upsized tires.
