a few weeks ago eh?

EDIT: Within 150 miles of Syracuse there are 198 Camaros
BEGGING to be sold! ONE HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT!
FOR SALE TODAY!
Sorry I posted MISinformation and didn't post the CORRECT
number of Camaros begging to be sold near me!
Link? Sure!.........
http://www.cars.com/for-sale/searchr...Id=2102&rd=150

Sure is easier using cars.com to search for a vehicle than
the GM site!

So take a chill pill and call your local mental health facility. They can help!
You again...

We've been down this road. Your distortion of the facts is soooo obvious. You say 100 Camaros on a lot... but you really mean the state of New York.

Once again, take your number of cars that are "supposedly" unspoken for and divide by the number of Chevy dealers in that region.

Again, you'll probably find that it boils down to 1 or 2 Camaros per dealer.

Oh yeah! Those Camaros sure are "beggin' to be sold".

EDIT:
Did it occur to you that a SOLD Camaro isn't immediately removed from a Cars.com listing.

Re: 2010 Camaros available

Another wannabe splitting hairs eh?
Sorry.....DOWNSTATE and NORTHERN NY areas weren't included neither was the NYC and Long Island area.
So I am sure there are MANY MORE Camaros collecting dust on those dealer lots. I am sure a GM dealer principle could do a current GM VIS on the Binghamton/Watertown/Buffalo/Syracuse regions and come up with quite a few MORE Camaros sitting on the lots!

EDIT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gee...There are 193 in that same 13090 150 mile search.
So I guess your WRONG as they DO UPDATE that Cars.com list
every day or so huh?
WOW! They sold a whole 5 yes FIVE of them in 2 days!
Care to guess how many Equinox have been sold in 2 days?

Re: 2010 Camaros available

Well winter is coming and there are 247 Camaros within 150 miles of Syracuse NY. http://www.cars.com/for-sale/searchr...35&PID=3193616

The averaGE dealer in the Syracuse area is sitting on 4 new Camaros and most are v-8 SS models.
One dealer is feeling the pinch (Sharon Chevy in podunk Phoenix NY)to move them (SS v-8) at I can assume less than MSRP from their ad in todays paper with the "Fall blowout pricing. www.foxdealerships.com
I will also note from the cars.com search there are a few low optioned v-8 sticks out there just shy of a $31k msrp.

I feel very shortly those who waited will be able to score a v-8 rocket at a great price!

Re: 2010 Camaros available

you make it sound like nobody wants camaros. Just because there are about 2-4 on a dealer lot isn't amazing. Look at any other model in the gm lineup at any dealership. there tends to be about 2-4 of them on the lot at all times if not more.

Re: 2010 Camaros available

Its not that nobody wants a Camaro. Its just the hysteria is about over
and now there are deals to be had.

If you want to think of a GM vehicle that is in high demand and virtually
NO dealer stock think Equinox.................

Same as the Dodge dealers did with the Challengers a few months back!
Now they are also gathering dust on the lots and selling for under sticker
now that the hysteria has worn off!

Why???

If all you are doing is just making people mad, can't you just let it go?

Re: 2010 Camaros available

OTOH...................There are only 81 Challengers within 150 miles of Syracuse NY waiting for new owners. I wonder if the Mopar dealers are still banging folks for over MSRP still?
http://www.cars.com/for-sale/searchr...d=2102&rpp=100

Don't get me wrong...........If I wanted another play toy ride a SS 6.2 with a stick would be my first choice! A new Challenger 6.1 stick would be choice #2 !
I guess my old GTO and Z will do for now!

The Camaro also sales at about 5-8 times the volume. By your logic, Camaro should have 400-640 Camaros for sale in that region.
