Official Vue Green Line MPG, Price

UPDATE:
Sorry didn't see you guys had it on front page already. Guess saturn fans broke the embargo.

The mild hybrid in the Vue Green Line will top the class in highway mileage 25/32 mpg although the Escape still wins out in overall mileage and city.
BUT the Vue is $1,500 less!!!!

Saturn also says the two-mode will be out in 2008. And they're working on a plug-in as well.

They should make the green line mild hybrid as the base engine choice, it would make it a more of a stand out, the milage is so much better than the standard. this would also give it a unique position in the whole mid cross over, it would make Honda and Toyota look inferior to the mainstream public.

That's an incredibly great idea.
The chance to change perception would be enormous.
I wonder if anyone from GM ever sees posts like yours and acts on them?

Thanks,
Maybe would could send pm to Jill over at Saturn to check out GM inside News.
I have a sweet spot for Saturn, I really want them to do well. I sat in the Vue in the show room. It was amazing how much better it was then my
2003 Vue. If they did make the bas standard, I could see them taking the crown from Honda's ugly CRV
