Supercharged SEMA Silverado

Truckin' magazine has posted video captures from the Chevy SEMA preview with shots of a Silverado engine bay and what appears to be a supercharged engine.

It kind of got buried with all of the Camaro hoopla, but it does look like a blown LS engine. Too bad, I was hoping they'd bring out the 4.5L diesel and surprise us all with a production version.

I wish, but I doubt it. I'm just hoping that SEMA Silverado has at least something production-oriented on it.

Re: Supercharged SEMA Silverado

That would be cool, esp if it was available in a reg cab short bed model. That would fly!

Re: Supercharged SEMA Silverado

make it a regular cab, even an ext cab, but definitely the reg cab, and you have a nice silvy ss.

Throw in the rear suspension, interior, and front clip from an Avalanche or Tahoe, and you're all set.
