This is Jay Leno's new ride apparently..

The wheels are BBS Racing, probably a one-of for this car.

They are somewhat similar to the vents on my 03 Cobra and they are functional (as vents). Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the Shelby's have them as well. I don't know why they wouldn't be on the Z28

Just got a report in...

It's not the Z28. It's a twin-turbo V6, built by GM in collaboration with Jay Leno.

not a fan of the vents- if theyre functional shouldnt they be closer to the windshield?

something reminiscient of the ws6 trans-am dual hood scoops would be sweet.
