    Cruze trunk release button?

I was checking out a Cruze today, very nice imho. The interior is nice and exciting. One thing I could not find is the trunk release button. Where is it? I don't have one on my 2001 Cavalier (only year not to have it) and it bugs me because I have to either use my key fob or use the key to open it.

the trunk release is on the trunk itself... there is no button on the interior for the NA Cruze. nifty idea I think...

If the car is locked, the trunk button does not work - only the keyfob. Like the fuel filler - it is a push mechanism to open and is unlocked while the car is unlocked, but locked otherwise.

Talking Re: Cruze trunk release button?

Read your manual ya'll. There is a trunk release button above the rear license plate area. Its black and its not visible when standing and looking at the trunk. Open your trunk and look under! it works even when the car is running. Hope that helps!

If you have proximity Keyless entry - your car can still be locked and you can press the button to open the trunk (provided they keys are with you)
