'99 Camaro help.

Hey I have a friend ho is looking into a '99 Camaro and of course he wants to know any problems they have to make sure the car is good if he gets it. So do any of you know of problems that occur with '99 Camaro T-tops? Thanks.

Re: '99 Camaro help.

I know of problems that occur when people don't condition the rubber seals for 10 years.

Re: '99 Camaro help.

The seals ont he ttops. 4th gens have better sealing then the third gens.
98-99s youc an pick up real cheap now, but the 01-02's are the best.
The 99's were better then the 98's, but the performance aspect really jumped up with the later modles.
But, an LS1 is an LS1 and the aftermarket is massive. Great car, hope he has tons of fun with it! Tell him to join a local fbody club and they will be able to help him out.
