Why does the title say "Toyota has a new hybrid" when the article says they are just promising them? They don't "have" them yet. Lets hope GM accelerates all they hybrid programs (not just the Volt) and catches up with Toyota in the hybrid race. And just as importantly in the small/midsize economy car race.
