It's not a Honda.
It doesn't have to be revved that way.

250HP at 6000RPM
250Torque at 3600RPm

Malibu is:
200HP at 5400RPM
220Torque at 3200RPm

People said the +30k Chrysler Pacifica would flop hard, but it seems to be doing very well. I think Subaru has cultivated an upscale image at least on par with Chryslers.

Actually, I'm looking forward to seeing the Subaru again - next time (hopefully) not wrapped in bags and tape. As for the name - Tribeca isn't carved in stone, but it is the number one choice at this time (although other names are still under consideration). Subarus are pretty impressive - lots of standards and (most important) very dependable. I'm looking forward to their newest crossover - the 5+2 seating sounds pretty interesting, without being excessive. And I hear this is very upscale - almost Lexus-like.

Having seen it, it is quite "Lexus-like."

I know Tribeca was the last name considered by Subaru of America, but parent company Fuji Jukogyo approved an earlier alternative instead. The name was finalized by the end of April, and FHI has since proceeded with international registration (including the US and Canada). It will not be Tribeca.
