Photos Of Dodge Rampage Concept

I took these in Chicago... lots of pics. Kind of a cross between a Ridgeline and Avalanche. Also is front wheel drive. Also has a junkyard Toronado drivetrain behind the Hemi, for the concept only of course.

Although a little out there, I think it looks pretty cool over all.

Re: detail photos of the Dodge Rampage concept

I remember correctly, i seen a Dodge rampage about a month before this debuted. Of course it looked to be from the 80's and was in the school parking lot. Looked like this one.

Re: detail photos of the Dodge Rampage concept

I think the old Rampage looks cool for an L-car. As concerns the new Rampage, I believe Dodge should just start doing interiors like that. This one seems pretty doable.

yes, whch makes me wonder if they made this one front wheel drive with a unified-to-cab bed to be somewhat like the old one

Re: detail photos of the Dodge Rampage concept

Thanks for sharing the pictures. As has been suggested in another thread here already, this could be the preview of the next-generation DCX minivans. If so, I do like the front end on it; I'm glad they backed off the "we must make everything square at all costs" mentality. The fold-flat load floor is also obviously a must for a successful minivan nowadays; hopefully they figured out how to make the second row fold flat without torturing people with crappy seats.

Too bad wouldn't make their real trucks like this, but this thing just looks great to me.

After seeing these pictures, it doesn't look as hideous as before. The interior on this is really cool. Great pictures, thanks.

Re: detail photos of the Dodge Rampage concept

I'm thinking of two other vehicles that it resembles....

Oh that's right!!!

The ORIGINAL Chevy Avalanche

and the Copycat Honda Ridgeline...

Looks like we'll have triplets on our hands if they take this concept, bring it down to earth, and put it into production.

Re: Photos Of Dodge Rampage Concept

The Rampage is nice. Wish it could be done with AWD. Also, good to see an evolution of their MAXXCab concept.

Re: Photos Of Dodge Rampage Concept

I love the way it looks, but come on FWD truck with a Hemi, give me a break. atleast make it AWD, which in my opinion is still kinda dumb, I would much prefer part-time 4WD, but anything other the FWD would be a improvement. seriously!

I'm diggin' the minivan doors.
Actually, it's not that bad. Nothing I'd ever buy, but not that bad.
