Credit to the Autobahn.

It looks ok I think. Audi and Cadillac styling is much more evocative and evolutionary. Audi critics obviously have never seen the new A6 in person. i think that car best evokes audi styling themes, like SRX does for Cadillac.

 I agree. I posted actual pics a while back but it was on a German site so this is better. We can actually read it.

Is it just me, or did BMW specifically put the camo on to make it look like a Hyundai

a while back ghrankenstein posted that he applauded BMW for trying something different in a sea of the same with the 5 and 8 series. i didn't like them at first, but the more i see of them (and as i see this bland new 3 series) i have to agree. the 5 and 8 series have some off-the-wall style, but it's grown on me for sure. they really stand out and have some real character. this is much more of a yawn.

I think my friends who bought two new 3's recently - to avoid the Bangled styling of the next 3 - will be pleased that they were right.

This is definitely the best-looking new Beemer. On CSS, they've had uncamoed pics for a couple of months now and it looks pretty good. I agree with Paul, the styling has grown on me too. At first I didn't hate it, but it wasn't to my liking. Now I really like the styling, especially on the 5-Series which is pretty slick, especially with the 5-spoke 18" wheels. Again, I'll have to wait until I see the car as a whole. Nice to see that they kept a lot of the styling cues the same, so people know it's a 3-Series.

<_< It doesn't look "right."
I still prefer the design of the 5 and 7. I know... I"m the only one....
