Click! 2008 Ford Super Duty

Click! 2008 Ford Super DutyBy: Mike Levine / Brend PriddyPosted: 06-24-06 23:14 PT
© 2006 PickupTruck.com

Caught undergoing hot weather testing by ace spy photographer Brenda Priddy are these 2008 Ford Super Dutys.
Priddy firmly states that these trucks will be powered by an all-new, International sourced 6.4-liter V8 turbo diesel Power Stroke, which replaces the challenged 6.0-liter PSD.

I like the look of the current F-250/350 better. They should've worked harder at making this one look like the Super-Chief concept.

Other than the headlights, it still looks pretty mean.

I like it, even if the headlights do make it appear slightly retarded.

Re: Click! 2008 Ford Super Duty

The headlights are pretty stupid looking, but other than that it a pretty nice evolution of the design

But then again, all those cars have "fart burners" on them. That "fart burner" ads 5-10HP to your car ;some of those small Hondas can whip a Vett off the line. (from anti-rice.com)
So 115hp+10hp=430hp, at least in ricerland

I just hope that this version of the powerstroke doesn't have the problems of the 6.0L

Re: Click! 2008 Ford Super Duty

I don't think it'll be particularly good looking... too plain for that, really. But it DOES look very tough, which is what counts in this segment. It's clearly a serious truck for serious truck people, and I think they hit the nail on the head with that massive grille.
