Looks good, still rather bland to me though.

More blah from Toyota. I think it might eventually catch up with them if competitors capitalize on it.

Re: CAUGHT! 2007 Lexus ES

It's getting harder and harder to tell the difference between the new ES, IS, and LS. They all have the bland front and the BMW knock-off rear.

BMW profile, rear- acturda nose - what the f**K! - The styling holes that these moron car cos leave should be enough for GM to drive a truck through-

Exactly what I was thinking. They look to much alike Lexus!

Uhh, the Lexus rear is looking alot like a Hyundai's now.

Pretty nice, although the way they top off the air vents just looks femineme.

Re: CAUGHT! 2007 Lexus ES

...So it looks like everything toyota put outs, which is bland. I bet the car mags will love it because its toyota. How about a luxury car maker take a styling step half as bold as Cadillacs? Sorry, I fail to see anything eye catching about any of them. To get an eye catching Benz you have to hit at least a CLK, most of the new BMWs are hideous, Acuras are not eye catching, Lexus's are just as bland. A couple infiniti's aren't terrible, like the G35. However, the new M45s are a blatent rip off of the top of the line Benz sedan, the name of it escapes me at the moment.

Re: CAUGHT! 2007 Lexus ES

This car is obviously much softer than both the IS and GS (and even the LS in some ways). The big curvey interior is a nice clue that this is the most feminine Lexus. Overall, though, still the same boring ol' Lexus styling. I agree that the rear looks way too much like the new Sonota (Lexus copying Hyundai?! that's almost like the blind leading the blind). Unimpressive, to be honest. Acura TL any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

I see more RL in the front than TL. The sides are still weird from the last version..and well the back..shudders. I thought it would actually look nice when you could only see one headlight up close..but now that the whole thing is out..BLEH.

Has the pushbutton starter. I can see the family resemblence in the rear. Just take a look at the GS.

Re: CAUGHT! 2007 Lexus ES

Yes, the rear is amazingly Hyuandai like! It looks pretty boring....more blah from Toyota. The interior also isn't to good...I mean the center stack looks ok, but that oval design? Looks like they were going with Ford's theme in the 90's. There's alot of black surface on the dash too...looks like a potential spot to slip up on quality..and any mess up here would be easily noticed. If GM made this, they would get slammed. Well, one things for sure: this car ain't anything exciting.
