The Viper has always scared the hell out of me.

My aversion to the famed American sports car has nothing to do with its immensely powerful ten-cylinder engine or its Matchbox-like styling - those attributes are genuinely captivating. Instead, I have found little to like in a vehicle that is brash, coarse, uncivilized and untrustworthy at the limit. Rather than unload a slew of bitter complaints directed at each of its previous four generations, let's just say that the Viper has always represented the automotive equivalent of barbarous mechanical mayhem.

    That is, until now.

I'm glad the Viper has stepped up its game in all areas; it makes for a better Corvette. I'm really looking forward to how GM responds with the C7 Z06.

Hideous tan colored interior, otherwise, awesome. THEY EVEN PUT IN CUP HOLDERS, 'MERICA.

That interior does look really nice (layout and materials). And as always, the Viper looks and sounds awesome.

Finally a stick shift that you can use the cup holders with (elbow clearance).

I'm so glad this car came back but was hoping the exterior was going to be a little more new rather than the slightly massaged version we got. Note to self: If I ever unexpectedly found myself purchasing a new Viper DO NOT order it with the pumpkin puke orange interior. Looks like Dodge tried to out-Ferrari Ferrari. While Ferrari's interior looks classy and timelessly stylish, this Viper looks...blah.

The interior is actually OK....a million times better than the original convertible Viper! I would rather have a Black leather interior with white or red stitches.

The Viper is actually a price class above the Z06, and it awaits to be seen how it will compare with the ZR1.
I want a car so violent that the mere thought of full throttle would cause a heart attack. That actually going wide open throttle in would result in nothing less than instant death!
