I seen this yesterday.. but no thanks! I dont like it at all. MB designs are all the same and are getting uglier and uglier! I would much rather have a Audi S5 or a CTS-4 Coupe!!!

CTC anytime!!! I have to agree with you, the new MB design

just doesnt work for me. I was really patient, but when i saw the new E...well... hopefully the CLS wont be on the same design language.

I have come to loath MB Design. The side contours look like a Toyota Venza.

I love the profile but that nose looks a little awkward and dated to me.

Funny, I would prefer the same two coupes.

Mixed feelings.....I like it better than the sedan, but that isn't saying a whole lot...

It isn't ugly, just too bland for this type of car, especially when parked next to something like a CTS coupe.

I sure hope the CTS coupe comes out sooner than later. I love the looks and would love to own one!

They're not going to call it an "E Coupe," are they??

I mean... what is it gonna be?? The Mercedes ELK??

There hasn't been an E-Class Coupe since the W124 -- 1995-ish.
Unless you want to count the CLK, which sort of slots between the C and E.

Ok, so there's the E-Klasse, then the CLS, which is an E-Klasse-based 4 door with a coupe-like profile, and now there's an E-Klasse coupe, that looks like the E-Klasse in the front, CLS-Klasse in the back but only has 2 doors.

So why have the CLS?

Proportions are off in the rear 3/4 section - again, Mercedes seems to have issues grasping that part. Anyhow, it looks quite Asian, and rather boring on the outside. The rear end is nice, but that's it. The interior is abdolutely horrible, with this plasticky evil A-Klasse steering wheel, and the usual hopeless central console. I usually feel uneasy in the new Mercedii because of the dashboard, really, hardly ever did any car's interior actually ANNOY me.

I think that both BMW and Mercedes are lost when it comes to vehicle designs and only Audi out of the three German luxury brands has good designs.
