Chinese LaCrosse getting a mid-life facelift

Well according to the news, its just a mid-life facelift, they are also going to upgrade the aging 4-speed to the new 6-speed auto, beside that the LaCrosse is also gonna be slimmer by about 10/25kg depending on the model

Old one is on the right, new one on the left

I get a Mercury Grand Marquis vibe from it. I never thought I'd be saying this, but I like the US one better.

I'm feeling the U.S. La Crosse on this one... It's like trying to choose between 2 ugly girls after being shipwrecked on a deserted island.

Agree with those that say it looks like the new Taurus. Let's hope the American 2010 model won't look anything like this.

Re: Chinese LaCrosse getting a mid-life facelift

Wish the W-Body could get a 6-speed state side~!

That said, I actually now prefer the NA Lacrosse. The new grille does a lot for the car.
