As to the SS. I also think the name is not appropriate. If you are going to call a car an SS, then it should not suffer from "LOW T" upon release. I could only see giving it a 4 on styling. There needs to be some aggressiveness in a sports sedan, it should be somewhat suble, but not nonexistant.
should have called it Malibu or Caprice or something new like BS for Big Sedan.... the malibu would be MS for Mid size Sedan... the sonic would be "SS" for small sedan...

I gave it a 7. It looks better in the airbrushed pictures. In the real pictures it looks plainer, and still has the 4x4 stance the G8 GXP had. Would it really have been so hard to give it a lower spring and a more aggressive stance? Why can't GM do wheel gap like BMW?

I give it a 6. I'm not a fan of the front end. That's the only thing I really don't like about it. It does make me miss my G8 though....

MonaroSS is down under and has connections into GM. For the record: put that front end on the SS and I'll bet most of the criticisms will go away.
Here I've used the Impala hood leading edge style simply by not having the grill cut up into the leading edge. With this modification to the Calais grille and hood, and with a few bigger lower clip inlets for more aggression, you get a sub model of the SS brand - the SS Senator. Essentially a Calais V with both it's luxury interior and the performance V8 and suspension.

You could also offer the C7 black sport wheels as an option for more aggression...

Most of the ones that do not like it want the car to say look at me, I may not be speeding now officer, but if you lay in wait I will be later.

Stunning I love the fact the more you see the more to the styling you notice. Also it just looks so quality so I know most Chevy buyers will not like it as they are not used to such. Still this is a really nice product that is more Buick level than Chevy.

I gave it a seven. It looks at least as good as the rest of them.

I gave it a 2. Here is why:
I don't like the Bangle butt!
I don't like the "japanese" inspired bulging tail lamps!
The leds in the lower front looks like an after thought. Also looks like aftermarket leds.
Looks out dated. Too similar to the previous generation.
The lower grill opening reminds me of the current Avalon.
The sills extension looks tacky. Should be better integrated.

Hate the headlights, the side looks just like a G8 ... Interior is very nice, but over all I'm disappointed

No because if that were the case they should have been asking in NEW purchasers of GTO's, G8's and probably even have went back to 94-96 Impala SS buyers. Wouldn't have hurt to get some Charger, 300C and Taurus SHO buyers views in there as well.

Of course they did ask a bunch of twenty-somethings without money in California and came up with the Code 130R and Tru140. But they won't ever produce either anyway.

    Old Impala/Corolla from the front.
G8 from the side, awful 80s dropped beltline.
    Malibu from the rear.

    2/10
