Tire Problems
My car is finally fixed. I had a tire belt issue with one of my tires so one was covered underneath my Pontiac waranty and I had to purchase the other one $125 with tax. I don't abuse my Pontiac its one spoiled **** if you can say it. I never drive it in the winter time its only saw the snowbrush once
Last couple of winters I was drivin around in the Sunfire now I got the Saturn for my winter beater. I picked up the car on a dealer trade I had it since December 2, 2005 so for about 2 years already. I never took it anywhere else for service but the gm dealership. I have my oil changed every 3 months, I had the tires rotated a couple of times already also. I even had the dealership install the my bodykit along with some other mods. I took it the same dealership every time. I'm not saying people make mistakes but when I had my tires rotated and balanced and went back to pick up my car I should of left my car sit there it did not feel right at all. My wheel was shaking even worse and then my wheel was turning to the side. I got sick of aruging with people over a week. I paid $28,000 for a car and I treated so bad. I still like Pontiac but after owning 3 Grand Ams, and a G6 I think I should get treated better. When I called the Pontiac Assistance number the guy had no customer experience at all. I've worked in the retail field for close to 10 years and if I treated any of my customers like that I would be out of a job that day. |

Re: Tire Problems
Well, Stacy, now you probably have a far more clear understanding why The Shriveling 3 are all teetering on the rim of Bankruptcy Abyss.

Re: Tire Problems
Customer assistance is a joke, just a bunch of college kids who dont give a flip about their jobs. Sorry you had to go through all that...
