Problems with 2009 Buick Lucerne

Brought Buick in for service because it had a real strong sulpher smell, the molding was loose, and vehicle using oil. This car only has 4500 miles. Service manager told me to switch gasoline. I've bought gas at the same place for 10 years, never had a problem.

When they fixed the molding, they left glue all over the car. They told me next time I came in they would clean it off. Real nice of them.

After spending tens of thousands of dollars on a vehicle, I would hope that the quality and service is the best it can be.

Get another dealer and/or talk to your salesman about the lousy service. That is unacceptable.
