I recently had a front brake job done on my 2004 SRX. The dealer informed me that it was common to have to torch off the rotor from the hub. This was done and I had to purchase two new rotors and one new hub. The problem was that they would corrode together. I can't believe that GM with all there engineers that they could not fine a solution to this corrosion/adhesion problem!

Re: My 2004 SRX
I wonder if they fixed that with the 2007 refresh, my mom is thinking about getting one pre-owned in the future.
