Are you listing these as both imported and successful? Only the LaCrosse is on sale at the moment. The other two are yet to hit. And none are imported.

Aside from the Barret Jackson specials, and Firehawks, resale values for those cars are pretty sane compared to the models I mentioned. Outside of the Syclone, good luck finding the cars I mentioned for under 20K, unless it has super high mileage or is a salvaged car.

If the Chevrolet Copper becomes reality, it will still havethe same issues as the G8 with respect to the A-pillar. To be honest it hasn't troubled me at all, though I haven't had a VE Commodore for more than over night. That should change pretty soon though

Cruze is rebadged and rebuilt for all markets around the world. Same with the Regal/Insignia (China) and Lacrosse / Invicta. The point is the vehicles are brought into the markets in different ways now, the old way was too expensive and caused the issues with getting customers to want the product and justify the price or possible expensive parts.

Re: I want a RWD car that is not a Cadillac....what GM product is available

^ A couple weeks back, my father came home in an 07 Trailblazer SS. It was the loaner car they gave him while my lil bro's 09 Cobalt SS was getting it's 1,000 mile check up. Needless to say, my 16 year old brother wasn't going to drive a 395hp car...

A very fun drive, this one was used with 28,000 miles on it. The day I finally got to take it out, it suprised me. IMHO one of the most beutiful cars ever, in theory, but poor execution. Parts bin interior out the wall. The first thing I notice when I get in? The same exact seats on my friends 02 SS Camaro...
Did GM really have those still sitting around? Is so wow. And the shift column? Who in thier right mind wouldn't want a column shifter in an automatic truck? The car was in terrifc shape, but the shifter felt like it was going to fall apart on me, the traction control even was even stuck under the bezel for a good hour.My biggest gripe was the idea of being trapped inside in a 5,000lbs car when you loose it at 150mph, but this particular SS had an excellent set of rubbers. The tires on this thing were 310/50 Nitto Autobahn burners. It was like a golf green as in "this can't be real grass".

The SS Trailblazer is the closest modern manifestation of a the 60s or 70s muscle car, the G8 and Charger and GTO-Monaro are much to refined.
Not exactly a four door Camaro if you catch my drift.
