It took about a month the state lemon law here meets once a month. However if Gm agrees to buy it back without lemon law it can go faster.

Keep working with the BBB autoline,the system does work. I agree with earlier posts,find another stealership that isn't closing and take your car there. Sometimes a fresh prospective is all it takes. Document all your other problems that have cropped up and make sure they are also addressed.
When I went through the lemon law program with the 2000 GMC with piston slap,it took a third dealer to agree with my truck did have the issue.
