Can we expect a Inifinit reskin? As this is probably going to put the whole brand to shame.

Doubt it. I think it's going to stay Nissan only.

When Ford gets back on track they need a Ford GT replacement , something to really compete againts this imports because, Nissan is bringing the GTR, Honda will bring their V10 sport car and Toyleta the Supra , GM has the Corvette so I imagine this cars will be in the same category as Viper and Corvette

Re: Major 2008 Nissan GTR Update!

I would imagine if sales start to fall there will be an infiniti version faster than you can say.......

Nissan dealers are among the worst....

I don't know why but around here my wife was horrified by their behaviors recently as we went shopping. (she liked the look of the Altima coupe for a few minutes so I took her shopping/she didn't like the economy car though)

Infiniti on the other hand truly was a enjoyable experience.

Take it for what its worth but at 60 or 70 grand I believe the buyer deserves the Infiniti buying experience...

there is a lot to be said for buying experiences and the manner in which a dealership carries itself.

This coming from a TT driver.

Typical GMI response. If it's anything Asian, it's a "done-up"/"glorified" something else. I hope people realise how retarded they sound when they post something like that.

Re: Major 2008 Nissan GTR Update!

I'm a GM guy, but... the GTR looks like it has a lot of potential. I REALLY like the look of the greenhouse - it reminds me of a Rolex series road racing car. We'll see how the front end turned out when the bra is removed.

If they have kept the weight down, this thing could really push the big boys (Vette, Viper) on a race track. I just wonder though how durable 480HP from an 8,000 RPM 3.7L V6 will be.

BTW - that color looks great on the Lambo.

With AWD and TTs, that'll be hard to do. I would expect 3500lbs+.
