It's good looking but I'd change the rims.

Re: Kia Koupe a Reality?

I really, really hate it when people use alternate spellings for things. It drives me up the wall. Now, I know that sometimes it makes sense you know, to get a repeating inital and stuff like that but I think that it incredibly tacky. Reminds me of a dirty little roadside cafe or specialty business.

Ok here it is, the epitome of what I am talking about:

http://www.kozyrestkampground.com/

oh and another:

http://www.koffeekat.net/

etc.

This name bugs me for that reason. Makes it sound cheap and tacky. To me anyways.

Yeah, I agree it looks tacky when names are spelt wrong. Kozyrest Kampground and Koffee Kat! LOL

Re: Kia Koupe a Reality?

So is it FWD or RWD? I see it shares the 290hp 2.0 that is going into the Genesis coupe for the over seas market.

I would be suprised if it got the full 290hp if it's FWD.
Then again I would be suprised if it got the full 290hp if it was RWD while the Genesis gets 224hp out of the same engine.

I think these companies realize that they do not get taken seriously until the have produced a performance coupe, but I think it's still a little early for KIA to be taken seriously. Maybe 5 more years or so, with Hyundai-like progression.

This should be able to give the Scion tC and Acura RSX a run for their money (for obvious reasons)......
