Re: great Forester commercial

So if he loved it so much why didn't he drive it until it died and than have it towed to the "burial" site? At least thats what I would have done.

Or if he had a real SUV, use the new one to tow it to the burial site!

I did sit in the new Forester, and I like it better than its predecessors. Reasonably well equipped for $25k, too. All around, not too bad...but...

Everyone we know who's had Subaru's have always had problems with them...so...but, guess I'd have to drive one b4 passing further judgement.

Re: great Forester commercial

haha the Jeep commercial is a classic

I was thinking though "300k miles!? that's it!?" I would have made it a trail rig or something. Hell I've seen them on ebay with more miles than that and they didn't look bad and were still kicking butt

I have always thought of that commercial as being heavily inspired by this Subaru Outback commercial

No fun at all. Doesn't move me one bit.

And heavily inspired? It's not like Subaru was first to put animals into commercial.
