Re: 2009 Acura TL revealed
The lower part of the front fascia is pretty sweet, but I hate that disposable shaving razor grille. And what's with the odd front fender? Seems like they were trying so desperately to make it stick out that...well, they did THAT.

Re: 2009 Acura TL revealed
It's not bad.
A bit Camry-like, though. That little front fender hump is... interesting.

Re: 2009 Acura TL revealed
I hate that they used the 2nd gen MDX-like grill. Otherwise it's badass for a FWD sporty sedan.

Re: 2009 Acura TL revealed
This looks like its going up aganist Maxima than anything else. Perhaps Saab 9-3, but Saab is really outclassed save for the black turbo

Re: 2009 Acura TL revealed
I heard that it was also going to have Super Handling Intelligent Traction and optional Brake Oversteer Xtreme(SH-IT BO-X).
Honda has also enhanced it's Aerodynamic Speed Sensitivity (A-SS) styling theme so all Honda and Acura cars will continue to look like A-SS. |

Re: 2009 Acura TL revealed
The Maxima better watch out.......I am faintly reminded of the new Accord though given that view. With those headlights + the rims, that's a pretty nifty looking ride.

Re: 2009 Acura TL revealed
Far too many design cliches jumbled into one big mess. Honda/Acura continues designing themselves into oblivion.

Re: 2009 Acura TL revealed
Yikes! That new look for Acura with the huge metal blade in front is just horrendous! I can't believe they're going to put that piece of crap on every new vehicle they offer!!

Re: 2009 Acura TL revealed
Holy fugly...
TSX- Ugly RL- Uglier TL- Fugliest.... Lets start from the back... Fat, Lexus GS rear end looks like the trunk is a little bulge off the rear glass. Infinity M class's green house including its chrome trim Camry's unnessessary front fender bulge that is tied into the only body line so it looks like someone sneezed when they were trying to draw a straight line Grill is Acura ugly. Honda should really stop with the grills. Lower facia area looks like cheap, with the two-tied fog lights? Not sure... Car looks like its 5000lbs. The wheels look too small for its mass. Im sure that this car will handle and perform like a dream, which means that most if not all car mags will not mention the amazingly outlandishness of the body.
