    Pontiac Synergy SUT

An experiment I did using various design cues from here and there. Not sure if the Synergy's spelling is correct but... :P

I have used previous gen Hyundai Sonata headlights and modified it a little, put the Pontiac Rageous style side signal lights, 04-08 Pontiac Grand Prix's vent below the grille, Oldsmobile Cutless Supreme's rear window quarter, 2000 Pontiac Bonneville's nose and changed it up a bit, along with the Mercedes Benz style, long flowing side lines. I also tried to depict the Asian/European makes' folding rear view mirrors, though it isn't easy to see. The rear tail-light is straight from Alfa Romeo 164 that I modified it a bit, along with 80's - 90's Pontiac's Fog Lights that sits in the bumper. The overall shape you will probably say, same old, same old 90's style, that's why I labelled it as Retro shaped P/U.

I hope you like it, though it's proportion have serious problems and there are bunch of errors here and there.

    Thanx.

GrandPrix - I did this quick little sketch for you to show you how to set up your sketches. DON'T draw every single little detail, figure out what's important and focus on that. Use a RULER or some STRAIGHT EDGE to draw the ground line THEN make sure all of your tires touch it. MAke sure all of your horizontal lines are parallel to the ground line to keep things in line. You can be better, just take the time to draw. Don't rush your drawings and do overlays until they look good. You have talent, take the time to draw smarter.

I couldn't agree more with TorRed. Mr. Grand Prix, that is how your sketches should look. Every sketch you do is, for lack of a better term, "overcooked" -- too many lines, too many unimportant, cluttering details; it's messy and unfocused. TorRed has "cooked" your design just right. There's enough detail, but not enough to cramp, cluster, and smother the design.

IF It's A Chevrolet & RWD, Don't ride in it!!!

ALL Chevy's NEED to be FWD/F-AWD!!!

    If it's a Toyota/Lexus/Scion, Don't ride in/drive it!!
