Are you trying to earn back all those posts quickly?

I'm not heavy into post counts.
I kinda like my new identity as a Neanderthal.

Re: Whats with the engine size under my avatar name?

Is the engine "rating" totally at admin's discretion. I think I see new ones....like "bushel of corn" or 2.5L Iron duke. That's amusing...

I have lost track of mine. I think I was a 6.0L at once...now I am a 5.3L again. I guess I better post some more.

Who exactly started GMI?

There is a scale when you get certian post counts you switch.

The highest "official" rating is at 5000 posts, ASIM and I are the only non-mods over 10,000 so we have "special" titles for now until they redo the system.

You probably had the 5.3 truck engine - now you've got the 5.3 LS4 car engine.

Bushel of corn is DuSpinnst's rating because he complained too much...

Re: New title for 10,000 posts?

I can't see me ever getting up the number of posts that we're talking about here, but I did notice that I'm now being shown as an "Iron Duke". Somehow I think "Iron Duchess" might be more appropriate though, but I'm not too concerned about it. Got me curious as to what the various rankings are - is there a thread somewhere that explains them? I had a look and couldn't find anything, but knowing me I was probably looking in the wrong places.

Just an FYI: "Iron Duke" was a 4 banger used in various GM Small cars here in NA some 20-30 years ago. It was a great little engine, and you should be pleased with that title, female or no.

How about "Jetpack"?
I'd suggest "Needs a Life" might be appropriate.

How about "Rarely Gets Outdoors"?
