Suggestions?

We get a fair amount of feedback, complaints, and questions. However we don't get a lot of suggestions. What do YOU want to see on GMI?

Re: Suggestions?

Has GMI ever ever ever been able to schedule a Q&A or chat session with anyone from GM?

I know Saturn Fans had Jill come on there, and over at the 300C/SRT/Charger forums, they had the whole SRT Engineering team come on (and that's been recurring).

It would be a neato thing to do.

More updates on future product, platforms engine options, release dates, etc...

Maybe do something like RIA, only no chops and make it all based on actual information.

I would love to do something like that, but that is dependent on our relationship with GM...which isn't good. I haven't a clue why, but GM Media wants nothing to do with us.

GM is fickle, unlike Chrysler or even Ford.

GM sits in the Ivory Tower and controls information, Chrysler and to a certain extent Ford are willing to go out on a limb.

Working with each at some point, I can tell you there are distinct differences in style.

Re: Suggestions?

Could someone please post the winning lotto numbers up a day in advance so I could finally win it?

I would like to see more employees on here to give us better dates/timetables/etc.

It would also be nice to have some forum for people who are looking to buy a GM product to be able to get employee pricing, friends and family or whatever the correct wording is.

Re: Suggestions?

I think it would be easier to read the forums if they were more consolidated. There are so many different discussions and news things, it is easy to miss good information.
