Re: Site Slow??

Slow here. Actually my whole internet is slow. I'm at the school library right now, but it's exam time, so I'm sure everyone is on the internet now, which is making it slow for me.

Damn, I hope the internet doesn't crash like in that South Park episode.

It was a funny episode, but scary in a way. It shows how dependent we are of the internet. If the internet were to suddenly crash tomorrow, what would happen? Some people will lose contacts to their family forever, businesses would crash (Ebay?), and all that stuff.

Seriously, we are extremely dependent of the internet.

Re: Site Slow??

There is something going on, I think. Access to GMI is slow for me.
First I thought it was my internet at home. But my internet at work is the same.

Same here. When I posted this thread it was taking literally minutes for a page to load here and it lasted a good 30 to 45 minutes.
