Persistent problems with a bumbling Moderator

Hi. I'm PMC.
I have been having problems with a Moderator who keeps pestering us. He goes by the name BigAls87Z28.
My first run-in with this individual was when I posted a rather entertaining and amusing thread comparing the Miata to a cute little Chevron car. He not only locked the thread, but issued me five points.
We both had ongoing dialogue thru P/M's, and I cc'd our correspondence to other Moderators with each P/M I sent (nsap was one such Moderator).
Three P/M's later, he tells me that 'it was a big misunderstanding' and that he wouldn't pester me as much.

A week or so goes by and I happen to notice on msn that Consumer Reports is running more advertisements for Toyota. Needless to say, I bring that news here and post it in the General Discussion area of the forums (below is the link). Imagine my surprise when just hours after running the Thread, "Big Al" comes bumbling along, and what does he do? That's right, he locks the thread. No reasons, no rationale.
He just locks it.
And I was in the middle of a whopper of a reply, too.

Now I have just about had it with this individual pestering me. It is now becoming routine, this being the second time he chose to pester me and my posts.

Now read the link below and tell me if it was worthy of locking. Since it wasn't, and since this harassment is now becoming ongoing, it would be of great value to the quality and free-speech of this forum for me to keep exposing Consumer Reports for the frauds they are.

But I need the Administrators' help in doing so. Please remove him as a Modertor or tell him to leave people alone!
And I would appreciate it if he does unlock my Thread. Thank you.

Will Consumer Reports ever stop their Toyota advertising?

Re: Persistent problems with a bumbling Moderator

I support the actions taken by the staff in your regards. There isn't much more to say on the matter. As I told you, much of the time it your INTENT on a specific post is good, but the reaction is bad.
