How do i post photoshop images into a thread

Hi guys I've seen the many photoshopped images that are posted here on a regular basis. I just recently installed photoshop and I do have a photoshopped image but i was wondering how do you post an image from photoshop into a thread?

You can upload them in your post or go to a site like www.photobucket.com and upload it there. Then post a link to it here.
