GMI Mods: I just had enough of this.

For a couple of months, a member here in GMI has been posting offensive stereotype posts and it's definitely not his first, second nor third offense, he has been doing this for a long time and as funny as it sounds, I never saw a Moderator react to his posts, oh yes and Moderators do check his topics and post in them. But I guess they're not finding offensive.

The reason I am posting it here instead of PMing a moderator is that I am questioning how none of the moderators have noticed this. It's funny because one of Admins IMed me telling me to stop calling him a nickname yet he never checked why I called him that in the first place. It's like he is NOT doing anything wrong, personally I am starting to think I am wrong. So I checked the board's rules topic to make sure and apparently, I am right:

So I am asking here, why has it come to this? I am not expecting moderators to be on the watch 24/7 but this member has been making too much comments and yet he goes unnotified.

As for who is this mystery member I am talking about, NASP should know.

Re: GMI Mods: I just had enough of this.

FordFan, I'm not doing this out of power trip or anything like that, but I have to close the thread for the time being before the proverbial stuff hits the fan. If Nsap knows who the offending member is, give some of us a chance to talk to him and find out if we've been too lax in our moderating. If there are any immediate issues you'd like to discuss, PM me and we'll work something out.

Other reason for locking this is that we try to deal with such issues in private, rather than out in public.

Thanks!

I'm sorry, but I don't see everything. I'm only human. As for why other staff members have not noticed, I haven't a clue.

Please report posts you find offensive. That is how you were caught. It is our best tool to catch more than we are capable of otherwise.
