complaints?

So i've seen where you can complain about GM overall; now what about the "GM employees" who so graciously volunteer their time to post and be be flat out rude to their customers? any other board "moderator" in other online companies (I work for a major online company) would be fired for the comments this guy made. The comments that were made could have been made in a more constructive manner than what these guys decided to post.

Re: complaints?

I suggest if you have issue with either shadams or myself, please send a PM to us...

Both shadams & myself volunteer our time to those @ GMI...and frankly if our opinions are offensive to you, I don't know what to tell you...

Re: complaints?

I'd also like to point out to those that don't know, GMI is not affiliated with GM. We are a GM news/fan site, but there is no official connection with GM.
