What is this?

I found something odd when going through the ordering guide under 2008.

Go to the guide: http://eogld.ecomm.gm.com/NASApp/dom...008&regionID=1 and click on Saab. Go to the Select Model drop down box. There is a model there, the Montana, though it is a Chevrolet Truck as it says.

That's not something sold in the U.S. How did it get into Saab's section? Clicking on any of the side links takes you back to the main page where you select the model year and classification.

Re: What is this?

The Chevrolet Montana is a Corsa-based pickup sold in Mexico and South America. It could just be an error in labeling the data.

It's gone now.

The Pontiac Montana was sold as a Chevrolet in Europe at one point as well.

I know that...I was just wondering how a mistake like that happened.

It was sold as the Chevrolet Trans Sport in Europe, though. The original U-body vans were sold in Europe as the Pontiac Trans Sport but with much of the Oldsmobile Silhouette's design, too.
