Saab question - Canadian dealers

In Canada, Saab is sold at Saturn dealerships. Is there a no dicker policy in effect for Saab as well? I went to look at an 07' 9-3 tonight and when I asked the dealer about rebates, he said there were none.

GM Canada doesn't have too many significant rebates compared to the US and Saab gets few unless it's summer time. They do haggle on price, even on Saturn's, it's just harder because they have the so-called "no haggle" policy. If you're good at bartering, you probably will be able to get it for below MSRP.
