My New Terrain
I am the General Sales Manager at a BPG (soon to be BG
) store and I've watched wholesale values on used cars climb through the roof so I decided to see what I can get for my 2008 Envoy Denali. Well after I got a ridonculous deal on my car I decided to replace it with a Terrain. I don't get a ton of time to play with the new models and drive them around so driving it home tonight will be my first real experience in it, so I'm counting on liking it but so far I LOVE it. This car has so many cool options and is a great ride. And oh yeah I'll be getting at least 7 MPG more. I attached a picture. I took it with my cell phone so it's a little blurry. |

Re: My New Terrain
Looks nice! After seeing a few in person, I absolutely love the Terrain and if I were in the market for a vehicle like this, the Terrain would be on the top of my list, yes, even above the Equinox

Re: My New Terrain
Thanks to all.. It's a Carbon Black FWD SLT-1 with a V6, sunroof, Power Liftgate and a couple other extra options that escape me right now. I wanted the SLT-2 because of the chrome but didn't want to pay $4,000 extra for the one's that were out there.
Surprisingly I don't feel like I gave up much power going from the Envoy Denali with a V8 to this V6 crossover. Has plenty of power!!! Anyways, the truck is really for my wife as I drive a demo. I brought it home late last night so she didn't get to enjoy it much but we took a quick drive and she was impressed. The best part of the Terrain is probaly the interior and I think it's a major upgrade. It will take a while to get used to all the gadgets and buttons but it looks real cool. BTW, I work at Miller Buick Pontiac GMC in Woodbridge NJ. www.autobymiller.com -- Business has actually been good and would be way better if we could get some inventory. I have over 250 cars of total available inventory but only around 60 on the ground. Every Terrain, LaCrosse, Enclave and Acadia we get in we sell immediately. Good problem to have but I wish our cars would get here a lot faster and give us more of a selection. |
