BTW, the Ford in the PickupTrucks.com review had 3.73 gears while the GM twins had 3.42s. Just saying.

I'm asking this because I honestly don't know. What are the tranny gear ratios in each truck? A 3.73 hooked to one trans isn't the same as 3.73's hooked to another.

True. We'd need the final gear ratios for the whole truth.

Another thing I noticed from the article that people have been making a big deal of recently is that the Ford doesn't have rear AC vents in their SuperCrew. OMG.

More total BS from Truckman! Our 2013 CC F150's have rear HVAC vents. Ford does do some cost cutting but hasn't yet gotten so cheap as to remove the rear vents on the CC's

Not BS from me. It's clearly stated in the PickupTrucks.com article. Go to the link and at the bottom click on "For a more comprehensive "What You Get" comparison chart, click here." Scroll down to the bottom of the pdf.

    2013 Ford F-150 XLT SuperCrew
    Rear Air Vents - No

OptionGM said PickupTrucks.com was credible, so I believe them.

That is not entirely true. You have to at least get an FX4 or Lariat with buckets to get them.

See, forum posters have zero credibility compared to established magazines.

Ohhh, so you're saying that the trucks that PickupsTrucks.com tested in that specific article are not representative of all trucks? So, they can be optioned differently to produce different results under different circumstances? Like maybe a tow package with different gears, different transmission programming, and different driveline equipment? Why didn't PickupTrucks.com mention this in their towing comparison?

I'd like to see an established magazine compare rcsb sport trucks, Ford Tremor vs. Sierra SLE 5.3 vs. Ram R/T vs. Tundra sr5
    FORD
