Amen. That is why Chevy exists.

Re: What Buick Should Be.

I have the same thought for both Pontiac and Buick, neither should have plastic wheelcovers.

I just wish there was a small Buick 7-seat crossover right now! I'dve bought one already!

They also need one about the size of the CX-7 with a turbo inline 4

They also need one a little bigger than the Enclave, and one a little smaller than the Enclave but bigger than the smaller Enclave, but not too big, and one that is a little wider, but only if they make one that is a little narrower....

Soooo how many crossovers is that? Like 4 within just Buick?, lets relax. I dont think that they need more than the little Enclave and big Enclave, thats it.

Re: What Buick Should Be.

All Buick needs is to build Enclave calibre cars to replace the Lacrosse and Lucerne as well as introduce a baby Enclave (5 seat, Theta) and they're nearly golden. A halo Riviera and all would be good. More than that and you're pushing it. Buick needs to keep luxury in mind and not go off and build trucks or sports cars or much else than a core of 5 luxurious cars/crossovers.

I've repeatedly said that Buick and Pontiac have to be niche players. Buick is heading that way and Pontiac will get there when they're all RWD, at which point you can market them as something other than arrow headed Chevys -- back to the old "Pontiac builds excitement" type ads.

Buick needs to stay focused on luxury. Back to the "When better cars are built, Buick will build them" type of mentality.

Not to mention they will probably tune the awd GMC for soft roading (not as hard core as off roading) while the Buick will be tuned for the streets, not to mention sheetmetal and interiors will be different
