Sat in a Buick Enclave today and talked with the reviewer (A couple of pics added)

My neighbor gets to review cars even when they are rarely on the road. Today I passed by and saw that he had a new enclave fully loaded sitting out front. I went to check it out and to talk to him. The Enclave is one nice vehicle. I felt like I could have sat in it for hours on hours without feeling uncomfortable. The interior and exterior quality were superb. He was sent the Enclave from Michigan all the way to Texas. He just received it yesterday and said he has not really had much time to review it. So far he said he loves the way it handles, the interior comfort, and all of the little gadgets in it. He has not done enough to see fuel economy, but mentioned that he is expecting it to be quite good.

He is a Ford guy since he used to be one of the biggest Ford dealers. He has since sold the dealership and is living one happy retirement. He said that GM's as well as Ford's new products have had the quality greatly increased in all the new models. We talked about how Toyota has made a huge mistake trying to grow so fast. He mentioned how much of a mistake the new tundra is. He couldn't believe the lack of quality and lack of pre-testing that it has.

Oh and sorry for no pictures. I did not have my camera with me. It is too hot and humid for me to go back out there and take pictures so dont ask. All you need to know is that it had every feature on it, was the brown color, cashmere leather, the 19" chrome plated wheels, and awd

How the heck can I get that kind of job? I would love to test vehicles and write up a review on them! Talk about a sweet retirement!!

I saw a blue Enclave pulling out of the gas station today and it looked really nice. The best part about this Buick, is that it looks different from the other Lambdas.

Become a well known dealer who outside of the dealership, has completely unbiased reviews. Haha. He is on the radio here once a week. He talks about the latest in the automotive news, and takes calls from viewers about vehicle purchases. He always tells which vehicles he thinks would suit the caller and he chooses ford as much as he chooses any other product, so he is completely unbiased

I saw the Enclave up close and personal in a local parking lot and GM did a beautiful job designing the interior and exterior. The car will be really hot when it gets the V8.

I've seen three of them so far and driven the AWD CXL.

What a great vehicle. Beautiful, quiet luxurous and roomy.

Priced very well.

My only gripe is with most of the colors, the bottom 6 inches of the grey is cheap grey plastic.

First one to use it. That's really neat that you got to sit in one. Try to get some pictures for us if you can!

Re: Sat in a Buick Enclave today and talked with the reviewer

Chicago's been awash in new demonstration Enclaves in the past couple weeks. All bronze color, with tan interiors.

They even snagged the privilege of chauffeuring the stars of Oceans 13 for the premier. Somewhere just shy of 10 Enclaves, with a police escort. Quite a sight.

Having seen a lot of them on the road, I've gotta say: nice looking, expensive looking, a real Buick.

Has anyone seen the dark blue and/or red Enclave? I really like those colors but I am wondering how good they look in person.

To me the brown is like the only color that belongs on an Enclave

Yea its a nice area but it is surrounded by the ghetto. That house you see in the pictures is also one of the biggest in the neighborhood. Its nice being able to see nice and expensive cars passing through all the time. Except for the insane lady who drives the hummer on the street like the whole thing is one way. She has almost run me off the road a couple of times.
