The new twin-turbo engine?

I have been hearing about an upcoming 3.0L twin-turbo engine rated at 420hp that will find its way into the CTS while reading threads in the Cadillac news forums, but I cannot find news sources for this. I'd like to know more about it. Where does it come from?

Well it is a rumor so i don't think GM publicly announce anything about that engine.
