Just drove the new sts - wow what a great ride. Lots of power and room. Lets see the critics try to kill this one. Lots of new gadgets and lots of power. Lots of room and great fit and finish. Anyone else drive one ???? :woot2:

How about writing a full review of it? I haven't got to drive one yet, but I will get to sit in one and play with all the gadgets at the NAIAS.

I drove the new STS as well, And I have to say it will be the best in its class. It was so much better than the BMW 5, Mercedes E-Class, Audi, And the Lexus LS430. The V6 STS is nice but it still does not compare to the Northstar STS.

I was in a V-8 STS, 1SA package. It was about am 8 mile drive - it was a tight car, very poweful and I was reminded of the SRX in terms of the acceleration and handling, albeit a much lower vehicle.

Hopefully next week I can get the STS and maybe a Lacrosse to drive for a day, instead of 15 minutes.

I wonder if Top Gear will do their usual bash the American car routine when they review it

Geez, my dealer still doesn't admit to having one anyone can come look at.

And this is in Chicago, not Podunckville.

Haven't driven one, but I finally saw one at my favorite dealership. It had just come off the truck, though, so it was filthy and had the Glad Wrap all over it.

But it was sure purrrty. Even with all the gunk on it, it looks more stunning in real life than it does in pictures.

And what exactly is wrong with gunk? Sometimes a bit of gunk is all that stands between one and one's new brain.
