Re: CTS prices released

Base prices are far lower than I expected... but it looks like they are adding "Luxury packages."
So they did manage to decontent the car.

I wonder how/if this affects the interior quality of the CTS... and what exactly was "dropped."
Haven't done the math yet... but the luxo packages really start to add up... $8,165?? Even on the base CTS, it's now a $40,000 car... which is more appropriate.

Not bad, I guess.

So the DI basically costs $1,000.

My dream CTS is $46,000.

Re: CTS prices released

So you can get AWD with the manual transmission? That was unexpected.

Or 335. The CTS better be as good as expected because they have definately made some room for the BLS.

Um look down, Manual Transmission (1,300). That means you get to knock off 1,300 from the 3.6 DI when you get the Manual.

Which means the difference is like 700 between the engines.

These prices may catapult the CTS over the Corvette on my dad's list.

Re: New 2008 CTS Price Sheet

Prices seem ok, no $30K CTS anymore.

Hopefully Canadian pricing will be close to US$ prices for the new model. I don't want to see a starting MSRP higher than C$37K
