Cadillac.com CTS "build your cadillac" woes

The "build your cadillac" feature on Cadillac.com is terrible for the CTS. When selecting options and packages, you have to choose from things with descriptions like:

"Premium Luxury Collection, includes (Y40) Luxury Level One Package, (Y41) Luxury Level Two Package, (Y44) Seating Package, (UAV) audio system with navigation, (C3U) UltraView sunroof, (B19) Wood Trim Package and (B20) Wood Trim Package (PDQ)"

What's in the "Seating Package"?
What's the difference between B19 and B20 "Wood Trim Package"s?

To find answers to these and other questions, you have to go to a separate page. Would be far easier if package contents were listed next to the package, or better still, give a description of the package when you hover over the option/package name as bmwusa.com does.

This doesn't seem that bad for the other Cadillacs since most of the package contents are spelled out, but pretty bad for the CTS.

Re: Cadillac.com CTS "build your cadillac" woes

I've heard others criticize that feature on the Cadillac site. I thought it would be improved as the model year progressed. Hopefully, Cadillac will sort this out and make it more user-friendly, and soon!
