A reminder that when you build a good car, the press does, in fact, take notice...

I wasn't sure where to put this, but Car and Driver put up an article that includes one of my favorite GM cars of the '80s, the Pontiac 6000STE. Read what they had to say, besides things like Jean Lindamood (Jennings, these days) getting Yates off with a $10 fine when the federales caught him peeing on the side of a restaurant (one way of saying what you think of the food, I guess) by denouncing him as a pig. Remember this the next time you consider bias in the press. Enjoy.

And people were patriotic in the 1940's. What does that have to do with now?

The greatest cars from the eighties IMO are the Firebird and the Fiero. Pontiac used to be so awesome. The nineties were a good decade as well. The sixties and seventies too, good stuff!
