newbie question

hi, i'm new on here just bought an '01 aztek with the 3400 v6 of course,does anyone on here know if the 3400 can be supercharged or turbocharged,i was wondering if the 3800 series II supercharged top-end could be swapped,will it cause emissions headaches,my state just started that emmissions testing bull****,it does have the versatrak all wheel drive also,dunno if that would have an impact

You can do ANYTHING that you want to a vehicle. Hell, you could put a jet engine on the back, but there is a lot of work (wiring, programing, machining, custom fabrication for starters) and you won't pass emissions easily if at all.
